TECHNICAL CONSULTANT SERVICES

Provide technical advice in state committee and public agency:

a) As a committee member and attend Meeting of State Committee or other Department.

b) Control road side constructions (technical review).

c) Evaluate applications of the Government Land.

d) Inspect the State of Malacca roads.

e) Other technical consultant services access through mail or telephone or meeting.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT SERVICES

a) Provide project management services to public agency:

b) Prepare the design or specification for works/jobs offer.

c) Supervise the construction projects.

d) Supervise the quotations/emergency cases.

e) Deliver the completed project to clients.

f) Arrange payment for the progress construction projects.

MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION SERVICES

a) Maintain government buildings and quarters.

b) Maintain electrical and mechanical works.

c) Prepare and manage formal functions.
