FUNCTION

    National policy formulation and development process / system of work for continuous improvement PAM


    Conduct research and development of standards and technologies for the management and maintenance of immovable assets in order to achieve more optimal level of benefits and sustainable


    Implement the coordination and development of competencies and culture of PAM


    Manage registration , application systems and Immovable Asset Database


    Inspection valuation and disposal of Immovable Assets


    Coordinate management and compliance auditing and maintenance of government assets PAM implemented by government agencies and conducting an audit of assets maintained in accordance with the prescribed program


    Provide consultancy on the use of systems, practices , standards and technologies in the field of management and maintenance of specific facilities (Civil , Mechanical, Electrical etc. ) are more effective and economical

Prepare research reports to clients within one ( 1 ) year from the date received project brief


    Prepare a report and recommendation of remedial structural failure within three ( 3 ) months


    Prepare payment vouchers within two ( 2 ) weeks


    Provide all advice within agreed
